Mr Tan Chee Seng, Andrew
President
Andrew Tan was a Cadet Inspector in 1974/75 where he served for 2 years in HQ NPCC, Police Academy. He joined Police Cadet Corps in Sang Nila Utama Sec Sch ('where police wore shorts') and later transited to NPCC in Tanjong Katong Sec Tech Sch. Andrew was instrumental in the formation of the NPCC Alumni. Together with some others, he was recalled by NPCC HQ in 1999 to chart the course of an association for former NPCC members and subsequently headed NPCC Alumni Protem Committee. Upon the formation of the NPCC Alumni, Andrew was elected our founding President. After serving 2 consecutive terms as President, he handed over the baton to Koh Tong Seng. He had since continued his service in the Alumni from 2004.
Mr Ong Siong Seng
Vice President
DSP(Ord) Ong Siong Seng joined the first batch of NPCC in Secondary 2 in Anglo-Chinese Secondary School in 1971. He became Cadet Inspector in 1974/75 in Outram Secondary School. While servicing in the Police full-time National Service as a Company Commander in Police Academy, he was still helping out in the school. He was also involved in the St. John Ambulance Brigade as an officer. He was the first NS Commanding Officer in charge of the pioneer Queenstown Neighbourhood Police Centre(NPC). Married with 3 children, he is in his family business marketing handtools. An active member of the Geylang Serai Resident Committee, he is also very involved in his church activities.
Ms Winnie Woon Kim Wah

Winnie Woon joined Raffles Girls' Secondary NPCC Unit in 1973 to 1976.
She enjoyed her years in NPCC very much.
Her squad was then Champion in the footdrill competition; with the commander
awarded the Best Commander. They were also champion in the shooting competition.
She completed the NPCC Cadet Inspector's Course in 1977 (First Batch).
Thereafter was attached to First Toa Payoh Secondary School and
Uma Pulavar Tamil School.
She had participated in the National Day Parade, Youth Festival Parade ,
NPCC Annual Parade, and the Road Safety Event organised by the Singapore Police Force.
In the midst of her busy schedule as a business woman, she is also an active volunteer with
the Chen Su Lan Methodist Children's Home and is 1st VP 2008/2009 of Lions Club of Singapore Sentosa.
She also organises visits for the children from the Home to Police K9 Unit.
Her passion for the NPCC Alumni has seen her recruiting many new members for the Alumni
which includes Dr Teo Ho Pin, Mayor of North West CDC.
Her vision for the NPCC Alumni is 'Unity, Growth and Service' .

Mr Kester Tan Gengqi
Honorary Treasurer
Kester Tan joined Zhonghua NPCC Unit in 1994 and went on to serve in the same unit as a
Cadet Inspector after his O Level’s. He also took part in SPNPCC
and took part in its pioneer years in the SPNPCC Executive Committee
while helping out in his own unit. Kester is currently working in a
local firm as an engineer. He looks forward to a fruitful and memorable
year with the NPCC Alumni.
Mr Simon Low Yeow Wee

Simon Low is a retired police officer from the Singapore Police Force since 2003. He is now a registered TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) physician. He joined NPCC from 1972 to 1974 at River Vally High School.
Ms Wendy Ong Hui Ling
Committee Member (Activities)
Wendy joined NPCC in 1979 during my secondary school days in Outram
Secondary. In fact both Siong Seng and Siew Huang were Cadet
Inspectors in her school during those days. It was a very
memorable period of her life. So much so that she encouraged her
brother to join NPCC and now her daughter is also in the NPCC.
Wendy is working as a secretary in a Non-Destructive Testing
Company. Although Wendy is new in the Alumni (joined last year
after meeting Mui Hong and came to know about it), she is very glad to
be a member of the Management Committee so that she can contribute more
towards the growth of NPCC Alumni.
Mr Ngiam Siew Jit
Committee Member (Activities)
Siew Jit is a prominent entrepreneur with businesses in Singapore,
Malyasia, Indonesia and Japan. Some of his business areas include
System Integration,Information Display System and many other areas. In his
school days when he was a Cadet Inspector, Siew Jit was very active as
a instructor in camps and in several CI and NCO residential training courses.
He was also attached to Dunman High School where he helped the unit to
step up camping and outdoor adventure activities. An engineer by training,
and with more than 15 years of business experience, Siew Jit brings to
the Alumni a broad range of skills and ideas.
Dr Vincent Wee Chye Huat

Vincent was Cadet Inspector on 1977-78.
Mr See Leng Kiat
Committee Member (Membership)
Leng Kiat joined Bartley NPCC in 1994 and currently an Honorary Officer in the same Unit. He represented the Unit in the NPCC Annual Parade in 1996 and School Official Opening Ceremony in 1997 as Guard-of-Honour.
During his Cadet Inspector's times while serving in Bartley, Leng Kiat was also part of the pro-tem committee with a group of CIs, to set up SP-NPCC - the first Polytechnic to have NPCC. He was awarded the "Friends of the School Award - NPCC" by Bartley Sec Sch in 2000, 2004 and 2007.
Currently, other than NPCC's involvement at the Unit and Area level, he is also serving the Aljunied Youth Executive Committee as Vice Chairman.
Ms Chua Siew Lea
Committee Member (Pubilicity)
Siew Lea joined Zhonghua NPCC Unit as a cadet in 1991. Due to the
burning passion with NPCC, she continued as a Cadet Inspector while
doing pursuing a Diploma in Business Studies with Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
Over the 10 years with Zhonghua NPCC Unit, together with ex-CIs
and ex-TOs, she contributed in its growth from an unheard-of "village"
to a well-known "city" for its campcraft skills and excellent cadets'
performances in various activities. She was also actively involved with Area 5
and HQ activities such as area camps, National Camp '96, Leadership and
Supervisory Course, etc. Although currently Siew Lea is busy building
her career, she still makes a point to volunteer for charity works. Her
aim in joining NPCC Alumni is to rally ex-NPCC members who share
the same passion to help the Corps and society.
Mr Jayaraj Perinbam David

Mr J. P. David was one of our early teacher-officer trainee in the 1960's and later graduated from the 2nd Batch at the Police Academy. He participated in National Day Parade and represented Serangoon Garden Sec Sch Unit as a Senior Inspector(PCC).

Ms Low Siew Huang
Honorary Auditor
Siew Huang joined NPCC Alumni as a life member and has held the
appointment of Hon Secretary for a few years. She works in the Ministry of Defence
as an Army Officer and has been in service for more than 20 years. She
joined the NPCC in 1973 and was a Cadet Inspector attached to Outram
Secondary School.
Mr Tan Thiam Soon
Honorary Auditor
Thiam Soon was in the NPCC from 1972 to 76, in Outram Secondary School.
He had participated in National Parade, Youth Festival Parade and Annual Parade.
Thiam Soon holds a B.Acc and MBA. Currently he is a tutor with Patrick Tuition Centre.

Mr Kek Joon Kee
Webmaster
Joon Kee joined Dunman High School NPCC Unit in 1978. He passed-out from the June-1982 batch of Cadet Inspectors' Course, posted to Anglican High School and subsequently back to Dunman High.
Joon Kee initially started the NPCC Alumni homepage at a free-hosting website on 1999. Subsequently Teo Chun Liang (our founding webmaster of this NPCC Alumni official homepage) took over the baton and established this website of our own URL.
Since 2007, Joon Kee resumes the duty of webmaster upon his return to Singapore from his years of overseas work.
An engineer by training, he has been in the defence, aerospace, and offshore oil & gas industries before becoming a polytechnic lecturer in aerospace engineering.
