Lee Chee Chiew Supt Lee Chee Chiew
Life member, Supt Lee Chee Chiew was awarded the Silver Vanda Award from His Excellency, President S R Nathan on 23 Feb 2006. Supt Lee was nominated for this award by the Singapore Scout Association for his invaluable contributions to the Scout Association during his service as the Executive Director of the NCPC. He was also awarded Practitioner of the Year for Crime Prevention in 2005 by The International Society of Crime Prevention Practitioners (ISCPP).

Koh Tong Seng Koh Tong Seng
Life member and our former President, Koh Tong Seng, Chairman of Changi Simei CCC, had been awarded The Public Service Medal: PBM - Pingat Bakli Masyarakat, in 2005.



David Wong David Wong
Life member and our former Honorary Secretary, David Wong   received his Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (PBM) in 1997 and Public Service Star (BBM) in 2005 for his contributions toward community service.  He was a NPCC Officer from 1973 to 1981, starting off as an Inspector after having completed the NPCC Officers' Basic Training Course. In 1976 he was promoted to the rank of ASP taking charge of the School NPCC Unit.  David is also very active in the grassroots organisations. He is the Secretary of Pioneer CCC and Treasurer of Pioneer CCMC.
