David is our former Honorary Secretary of NPCC Alumni Management Committee.

David was a NPCC Officer from 1973 to 1981, starting off as an Inspector after having completed the NPCC Officers' Basic Training Course. In 1976 he was promoted to the rank of ASP taking charge of the School NPCC Unit.

David is also very active in the grassroots organisations. He is the Secretary of Pioneer CCC and Treasurer of Pioneer CCMC.

He received his Pingat Bakti Masyarakat (PBM) in 1997 and Public Service Star (BBM) in 2005 for his contributions toward community service.
