LTC(Ret) William Goh Teck Wah joined Dunman High School (then Dunman Government Chinese Middle School) NPCC Unit on 1970 and became Cadet Inspector on 1974-75. Tech Wah was the President of NPCC Alumni Management Committee for the term of 2004/06.

After retired from the Army as a senior civil servant, Teck Wah is now very much on his own consulting business and the community work.
