Kester Tan joined Zhonghua NPCC Unit in 1994 and went on to serve in the same unit as a Cadet Inspector after his O Level’s. He also took part in SPNPCC and took part in its pioneer years in the SPNPCC Executive Committee while helping out in his own unit. Kester is currently working in a local firm as an engineer. He looks forward to a fruitful and memorable year with the NPCC Alumni.
