Mr Koh Ngiat Hung
Joined on 22 March 1965 as a NPCC Teacher-Officer. Upon retirement of his teaching career from the Ministry of Education on 6 Jan 1987, he was appointed as Honarary DSP(NPCC) by the late Dr Tay Eng Soon, then Minister-of-State for Education, w.e.f. 7 Jan 1987, without any distruption of his service in NPCC as a NPCC Liaison Officer.
