Chee Chiew is a senior civil servant in the Singapore Police Force as a Police Superintendent.

Supt Lee was awarded the Silver Vanda Award from His Excellency, President S R Nathan on 23 Feb 2006. He was nominated for this award by the Singapore Scout Association for his invaluable contributions to the Scout Association during his service as the Executive Director of the NCPC. He was also awarded Practitioner of the Year for Crime Prevention in 2005 by The International Society of Crime Prevention Practitioners (ISCPP).
