Siew Huang joined NPCC Alumni as a life member and has held the appointment of Hon Secretary for a few years. She works in the Ministry of Defence as an Army Officer and has been in service for more than 20 years. She joined the NPCC in 1973 and was a Cadet Inspector attached to Outram Secondary School.
