Thiam Soon was in the NPCC from 1972 to 76, in Outram Secondary School. He had participated in National Parade, Youth Festival Parade and Annual Parade.

Thiam Soon held a B.Acc and MBA. He was a tutor with Patrick Tuition Centre.

Thiam Soon has passed away early morning of 4 August 2009 at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, leaving behind his wife Tan Cheh and a daughter.

Thiam Soon was one of our founding members of NPCC Alumni.
